Where we will provide the authorized agent with mobile robots connected to the Internet via satellites, and through these electronic robots, the maintenance engineer from anywhere in the world can explain the maintenance, installation and operation process in detail. In addition to this, we will have online training courses provided in the English language only.
It will always be a developmental work in the maintenance services on a regular basis.

We have maintenance and warranty services, but in the warranty, there are basic conditions that you must know that relate to the right to warranty, which are:
- The device or commodity shall be inspected by our authorized and only agent upon delivery of the goods to the purchasing party.
- In the event that the device or the commodity does not work due to some reason or there is a technical defect when the merchandise is inspected by our exclusive authorized agent. Then the product is replaced with a second new product. And the purchasing party should be waits during the delivery period, with a small amount of money given to compensate due to the delay. It happens very rarely because all the goods are scanned before they are sent to the buyer.
- The company and the authorized agent are not responsible if the device is damaged or opened for maintenance in another shop by the buyer.
- In the event of the device not working and malfunctioning after the warranty period of a maximum of three months, the device will be returned to the ourauthorized agent for the purpose of submitting it to the maintenance service and verifying the cause of the malfunction. In the event of an actual defect, the device will be replaced with a new one only. The money is not refunded. Therefore, it is waiting for the shipment to be sent a second time to the buyer.
- The problem is always presented between the exclusive authorized agent and between the company’s headquarters, and then it offers the best solutions that satisfies the buyer in the first place when it comes to the warranty and safety of the goods.
- Always make sure that all goods sent to the buyer are checked more than twice before they are sent to the buyer.
